I gave 4 stars because the app needs to fix some bugs. In my case, after I paid for online consultation, my appointment was supposed to be shown in the upcoming appointment section but it didn't. Nevertheless, I contacted their customer care executive and they were really helpful. And the doctor was also really helpful. Overall, the service was satisfactory. I wish the best to Thougal team and hope they give even better user experience in future.
