Was unable to play online the app for a while as it said I was out of country, when I was finally able to play online it was unable to use it. Every time I open the app it says I'm out of zone. I've tried clearing my cache, re-installing and emailing stagecoach support about it several times over a month but no reply.
`Useless, keeps telling me I'm "out of zone even though I'm in a main town which multiple buses pass through.`,It was always out of zone. Nothing can do with this app. it is really a rubbish. I could not proceed further to buy a ticket. I tried it over an hour and login and out many times
`I'm always "out of zone" and the app is really not user friendly. Even more, I need the app to buy Flexible Tickets which is a total non sense`,All services were running really well until All of a sudden I'm being told that the service is now too full. This being said I am the only person being picked up at my requested time! How can the bus now be full? Has the bus at the time I request been discontinued? If so why have I not been told. I still have to get to work and as I work for the NHS I am needed at the local hospital. And when I try to contact the help service I either don't get an answer in their email or dont get an email."
