The only application which converts tags from different formats to Unicode. However the interface is terrible and there is no option to specify folders to scan.
Only found a few songs after a full sxan. No option for search for a specific song. Option to convert, but conveet to what and why? Just need information on the ID3 errors

Don't try to change tags of music files on an external sd card under android 5. Write permission is needed for that (which the app doesn't ask you for) and so the operation fails (which the app doesn't tell you). The absence of error messages and a help section can frustrate users. But given the right conditions and after an initial learning curve, it's a breeze."
