Bought some sneaker storage containers. They arrived damaged and can't be used. I requested a refund & after a lot of runaround, was told that I could return them, but I had to pay for return shipping (around $50), without reimbursement & that the return would be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Still trying to get my FULL refund. I regret giving them my business. This company & their customer service is trash. Never again.
I ordered drop front and drop side shoe storage over a month ago and they keep saying they are on backorder, even though the ad said buy now shipping guaranteed within 3 days. They won't cancel my orders either. Dont waste your money or time.
