Agreed, so bad its good. The storytelling is confusing due to the translations but you can follow along more times than not. This is nothing like I've ever played before in both a good and bad way. The phone calls were my favorite part, really well done. It does feel like the team is trying their best on the app, so I can't fault it for being 'lazy. I plan on finishing it soon. Tip: At the main screen you have to tap the empty blue screen to start the story.
The story is very interesting so far though I've only gotten around to episode 26. I personally do not mind the English typos or grammatical errors as much as I usually do as the voice acting makes up for it and there's usually enough clues as to what is happening. There's background music that fits the scenario and sound effects that add to the experience. Also the occasional voicemail or fanservice asmr/songs are definitely a plus.
Interesting story so far. I don't really like the layout of the game. Its a combination of texting and storytelling. You remain on the same page and it just scrolls down as the story progress. When the scenery change, they insert photos but character interactions is like a group text message. Also only read the free chapters but im pretty sure its great based on previous reviews.
I think it's good but could be better. Great start! I look forward to future story games! I wish I could help edit the text because it is very confusing and If there is any way I can help I will! I think this has a lot of potential but it's very confusing because the language is not so accurate. I volunteer to help edit the speech for free so it can be more understandable, if you like^^ chao!
The text message format isn't great for telling the story. The story could be less boring... The voice actor is good but the voice messages are at times when they don't make sense with the story. I paid six dollars to unlock the whole thing at once but it's worth more like three dollars. Get a native speaker to proofread the translations and it would be far more enjoyable and immersive. I can tell what the author means but the mistakes are very distracting."
