The user types his/her personal records in some exercises and the app creates workout plans in order to build muscle. Everyone that uses the app has the ability to get plans in calisthenics, using their bodyweight, or gym ,lifting weights and using machines. Whatever category the user chooses he has the ability to be guided by the app. Every plan has the exactly sets, reps, a timer and even, in some exercises the kilograms to lift. Also the app has a BMR counter and the quantities of the macronutrients.
