100% unreliable app. Just brags about delivery in 90 mins however not even a single communication from there end after 9 hours of placing the order. They don't bother to reply to your mail as well.
`Entering your pincode apparently doesn't make any difference. The app let me move ahead and create an order, but someone from the back-end called to say that they couldn't deliver to my location. When I asked why, I was told that "the vendor doesn't deliver to your location" Oh, and I was also told that the prices on the app are not updated, so the bill amount will be higher. Unprofessional vibes. I think I'll stick to known names.`,Thanks for delivering promised services. Happy with the service and excited to use it again and again and again. The app doesn't mention any minimum amount for the order but 10 mins after I place the order a very rude customer excutive calls me to tell me there is minimum amount for the order when I said it was not mentioned on the app he asks me to what's app him and he will send proof. Deleting the app immediately!
Not as they promised, I placed order 14756 at 10 am their website say they deliver product in 90 minutes, I called couples of my friends to have some party, but sadly I have to get stuff from other shop because winewell didn't fulfilled their promise and also there is no option to cancel my order so that their delivery boy don't have to go back with order, oh, I opted for COD might that could be the reason, but, anyway, I am deleting your app thanks for your false promise...."
