Not happy been using with no problem over a year on a Samsung s9 but since a update I cant use it the company regarding the app wont update app wont tell me why just no explanation at first redirecting me to housing untill I gave a name and said there gave me your company's email because there cant understand why it wont work on a more up to date mobile it should be made for every one we don't t all have laptops constant battlefield ridiculous
The app hasn't been updated so doesn't work with the latest version of android. Spoke to west Cheshire homes about this but no level of interest from them
Don't use the app just go online on your phone or tablet
