Employees can give each other points, which are redeemed through gift cards. Leaders can create contests the employees can be entered in, and update their stats via a leaderboard.

They can sign up for philanthropy events and take training classes all scheduled through the application.

Leadership can also push surveys to the employees to gain valuable feedback to facilitate improving employee happiness and engagement.

There is also a daily check in, to gauge the feelings of the employee and trend these responses to measure the companys efforts to make their work lives better.
