Having an actual app for the web help desk is fantastic. Avoiding having to find a desktop or print out tickets is a dream. The App has a lot of potential. I cannot believe solar wind has not been doing this on their own.
Good potential. Needs ability to filter tickets by location and client. Also search functionality for assets would be helpful in the field.
Could not get it started. Would crash when signing in. Uninstall.
