Had to uninstall. I really love the entire concept but the performance is seriously lacking. It's slower loading than the old dial up modems, it takes far less time to call in the refills. I liked the fact I could see what I had, my history, but again it took forever to load and it was very glitchy. The last straw was the last update. The entire thing crashed and said it's not compatible with my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21. It was compatible before the update.
Great app! It keeps track of what prescriptions I have with Vons. I can select which ones I want to have refilled with ease. If I have run out of refills, it tells me they will contact my doctor for approval and when it will be ready. This app, along with the great pharmacists like Jamie and Sophia really helps me get my meds in a timely manner without any problems. Good app with great pharmacists! Only problem is that it takes a long time to open the selections, like 30 to 60 seconds or more.
I just downloaded the app, I really cannot be more thrilled with. It is exactly what I need to keep not only my meds organized but also my family's as well. Super user friendly. I never do reviews ever and i wanted to make a point to do this one because of how easy it was to set up and access my information. LOVE IT!!!
The app takes forever to load and the pharmacy has told me they don't always get my requests to contact the dr when a recurring prescription has run out of refills. Mostly better than having to call them in and you can view most of your history. For some unknown reason some medications randomly do not show me the refill history or what I've paid for them. There's an option to click to receive text msgs when your prescription is ready. Again, I get this for most but some I get no notices.
Takes forever to login (over 2 minutes) and move screen to screen and more often then not it crashes. Absolutely Horrible app! I can call in my prescriptions much faster then I can even login with this app. Once I'm in it takes several minutes to go from screen to screen and more often than not it errors out, then it's pretty much done and at that point and I have to start all over again. At that point I give up and just call the pharmacy! Useless app unless you have time to waste!!!"
