Unreliable and horribly developed. I've been writing software for 20 years and this has to be one of the worst apps I ever used. How this is still around and this company has done nothing to fix this product puzzles me. My advice is they rewrite this thing from scratch. I've been doing everything manually because this app never connects, constantly tells you to buy one of their products, and is unresponsive. This app actually is so bad I will never buy another Vitamix blender again.
Horrible. Glad I downloaded recipies in the past, I can use those. But now, with a grandbaby on the way, trued to play online new baby food recipies. It will not let me sign-in, which is required to play online new recipies. It will not let me reset my password, nothing works now. Wanted to play online milkshakes also. This app is worthless with my Vitamix or anything else. Fix this please!!!!!
The app hasn't been updated in two years. It still asked for the vitamix scale connection even though they don't even sell it anymore. There are other apps that have a larger selection and more frequent updates.
Really buggy, low quality app with several broken buttons and weird script in forms. Pro tip: when creating an account, don't use autofill for your email address or it will reset the form and take you to the previous page.
Wasn't clear that location has to be on to connect to blender, which seems unnecessary. Once I turned it on, it connected. But directions need to be more clear."
