The company requests 1 euro to transfer the money to your bank account after you sell something. I left it 1 year in case I wanna buy something later with that money and they just took my money as management fees without any notice. It's really a skam... I will never use this app again!
its a good way to sell and buy stuffs but the problem is that i cannot transfer those payments that I received from videdressing to my bank account. there is always an error for the confirmation of my bank acct. so I cannot get my money from videdressing. and also tried to call the customer care but its difficult to reach them.
App isn't work first of all. Doesn't let me see sellers full items, don't get any notifications and I can't even have an option of different postages when I have received items that cost 5/8€ to send to uk but you always pay 16.15 + service charge!!! which I don't get where is it going from.
Generally poorly designed. Can t visit the profile of people who make comments on my items. Can find profiles by the people s names. Comments are not easily visible. I don t receive notifications that people have made comments on my articles. Generally not user friendly. Not intuitive.
The service is horrible! Ordered an item, was only offered regular postage, the package never arrived (though mail service claims it was delivered). So I pay for something I never received! I'm removing the app.
