v2rayng://install-config?url 是固定，url=后面是订阅地址
订阅设置扩展为订阅分组设置，当订阅网址为空时即为普通分组
配置文件界面菜单增加过滤功能，可按订阅分组过滤
选择订阅分组后，新增节点即属于此分组
