App sucks take notes from Dispatch1 app. Have your tester perform an inspection in the rain or 90 degree weather. I would expect more from United Roads. Bar cod scanner want focused auto, to many clicks to navigate, damage report section very complicated and time consuming. V-Tas your app sucksssss

Started using the new app. This has to be the worst app for picking up repo'd cars. It takes way to long to go through the entire inspection. This app should be applied to vehicles that aren't as beat up as the repos we pick up. I have yet to come across a repo that is flawless. The person who designed this app obviously isn't on a time schedule so they obviously don't realize how long it takes to go through all the prompts. Even more brilliant, is the fact that you have to constantly go back and forth through each prompt, and even more thought process, was the fact that you now have to confirm twice for each pic taken. Also, I now have to type my email in full, whereas old app, it would come up after typing a few letters. Obviously the person who designed this app knows nothing about cars nor being on a time schedule. We are not a Midwest company that doesn't see traffic. We are a NY company that has to put up with traffic day in and day out where , a 40 mile trip can take upwards of 2-3hours. As if it wasnt long enough before with filling out the paperwork and doing the first app which was much faster , now with new app, it takes us even longer to do the same job. This app is actually worse and longer to get through than Ready Auto app and Carsarrive app. Kudos to the the person who put the magnificent thought process into designing the new app. Must have been at the top of their class. IF IT'S NOT BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!!! THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST UNTHOUGHT UPGRADE EVER. THIS APP SUCKS TO THE WORST DEGREE!!! WAY TO GO TECH BOYS!!!!

This is by far the WORSE app out there. it never works for my driver. it is not user friendly. i avoid booking loads that require the app be used. and when it doesn't work i have to hear from the compliance dept asking me why we didnt use and the driver should have called if they had a problem. Makes me so angry. Wish this app will fall or the face of the earth.

Other app producers would call this a beta version. Not intuitive. Some aspects don't work. For instance drop down menu to Mark damaged area doesn't work. Doesn't remember your password. And there are more.

This app needs an update. It constantly crashes while in process of, taking pictures of the units. When opening the app it takes almost 2 mins to go to the deliveries section so you can mark the units as delivered.'
