Una Health is an application for people living with type two diabetes. Una Health is suitable for patients diagnosed with type two diabetes, who are at least 18 years old and for whom there are no contraindictions (e.g. currently pregnant or breastfeeding, BMI over 40, severe mental illness), or who have been clarified by a doctor. The Una Health program supports you step-by-step to better understand diabetes self-management, try out and identify your optimal lifestyle and sustainably build positive health behaviours.

To do so, the Una Health includes functionalities such as:

- Meal and activity diary with filterable overview and individual glucose reaction based scoring
- Low-glycemic diet recommendations with individual meal ratings and meal experiments
- Weekly goals, daily actions and regular reminders to guide users along their journey
- Short-form, evidence based lessons about improving diabetes management, nutrition and activity, and overcoming behavioural change barriers and more
- Tracking and progress visualization of key physiological and behavioural measures such as blood sugar control, weight, waist circumference, mood, stress and energy
- Chat-Function with Una Health Support for technical problems or questions and for support on how to use the app
- Export functionality to export a patients data for patients or their treating doctor
