Recommend using this app. It really helped my sister and Aunties. From teenage girls to middle age women, it works well for all and helps organise your diet routine for a healthy lifestyle and menstrual cycle. It would be even better if the app can have like an autonomous personal assistant like Siri or Alexa that links up to shopping apps like Amazon. It would also work well on wearable technologies.
