Recent changes: This update includes some background improvements. To recap the last update:
- Added "Exercise Note" field to day metrics so you can add more info beyond the existing Low/Med/High level. These notes are also searchable from the History tab.
- Updated some help text in the app for added clarity.
- Fixed issue in History tab of long notes in day metrics causing strange formatting/cut-off
- Fixed an issue where Symptom Check-in popups would sometimes erase previously-entered food info for that day.
