Used only for monitoring a family member. Bought 2 cases - one for morning pills and one for afternoon. Paired with iPad onsite and monitoring remotely with app on an Android device. It is a definitely a bit quirky but the relief it provides is worth putting up with the occasional issue and awkward setup. Requests for support have all been dealt with quickly. I would definitely recommend.
Love the idea just wish it worked. I open the drawer take stuff out but it always says it was missed. Cannot sync with the device.
junk, the pillbox finally worked with the latest firmware update for exactly 2 days on a fresh battery, then died with a dead battery.
Pillbox doesn't work! Tech support ignored my messages and forcing you to buy another Pillbox for each different medication. STAY AWAY! NOT RECOMMENDED!
