I have ordered for some food from Coimbatore to get it from Tirupur station, I have waited for the exicutive in the station till the train arrives but no 1 came with food and because of the this expataion I didn't buied any thing from the station as well.And I traveled starving , such a worst experience with this app, i suggest don't waste ur data to play online this app, I can't give below 1 star that's y it's 1 star.
Worst food quality and different items server on track but timely delivered, I never ever again order food with u people,.. Ordered for paneer butter masala and dal fry, due to shortage of time, they changed to mix veg and informed me, (it's good part) , I also thought that they may serve good food because of call back and polite speak,.. But the seen was reversed of opening dabbas(boxes) ... Mix veg changed to brinjal curry) and dal fry changed to thick sambar.. My order no- 24740 on 30 oct 20
Worst you can say, I ordered food on lucknow station while I was moving from DELHI to VARANASI, I paid online and they cheated on us... also they do not provide any contact details of the vendor. Fraud app. I wasted 350 in a very needful situation.
Twice I ordered the food at different junction. Food was not served... whenever I called different person speaks and says order will be received. How can we trust this thing... one who is waiting to have food what can he do.... Bad experience worst app Go for travelkhanna'
