It's a great magazine. Very insightful info and people should be getting this material in the mail or digital outlet. The app portion is slow. It could use a refresh on it like quicker feedback on turning pages and zoom in and out. Other then that, great magazine. Keep up the great content everyone.
Emailed customer service in regards to the charge on card for a digital mag that I haven't had a new issue for in months. No response from them, I want my money back!
I can't seem to access my subscription. I've contacted the company and can't seem to get anywhere on how I can access my subscription. Needless to say I cancelled it and won't be renewing.
Sucked. Give me a refund, why sell magazines that can't be opened on most phones.
