Play this online game named Torsion HPC.

The torsion HPC app calculates the torsion stress and angle of twist for a solid bar. The user can modify the cross section and specify both the shear modulus (G) and the applied torque. The torsion stress is calculated using classical finite element method at the engineering HPC (High Performance Computing) cluster at the University of Oklahoma. The user can set the level of accuracy up to 230,000 degree of freedom. Since the calculations are not done on the local tablet or phone, the solution is completed in seconds. The app requires network connection so the app can communicate with the HPC server. There are no ads.

Updates:

Version 1.1 changes include new grid scaling so smaller dimensions can be set and better checking for valid input. Various minor issues have also be corrected.
