Tonus: personal trainers play online

Tonus is an app where professional trainers from top fitness clubs conduct personal training with you. State your workout wherever and whenever you like: at home, in your favorite fitness club, on vacation.
You will receive tasks for the next training session in the chat. The trainer will personally show each exercise on the video and explain the workout technique. Fine-tuning of each workout will occur right before sending: weight, number of sets and reps, rest time.
There are workouts for men and women of any difficulty level and durations, for different age groups and lifestyles. Youll find anything you need: workouts to lose weight, become stronger, more resilient or more plastic. Our trainers will configure each workout for you individually in the process of training.
Why is it so important?
Well, the body of each person reacts differently to physical activity (whether it's running, push-ups, gymnastics or classes in the gym). So based on your feedback about each workout, your trainer will make recommendations and decide whether to make the next easier or harder, which exercise should be replaced, and which one is the better for you.
