Pathetic app. My father had an online appointment today, but the link did not work. He was recently discharged after a heart surgery and his prescribed medecines got over today. Now we need updated prescription and appointment but no helpline numbers- TMH OPD/ computer room/ may I help you, we're able to help.
Unable to view details of admitted patient through in patient section. Getting patient not admitted error. Wrost customer service as well.
Excellent app developed by the company professions. It is also a portal on PC/Laptop. I must appreciate the efforts taken by the team of experts, who, in my opinion, have taken full care on functional requirements to satisfy the customers. My small suggestion is to give partial access to the person, who needs to modify/update the entries in his/her address, contact phone & e-mail ID, marital status like fields. Speed of the portal/app is an issue indeed, which is for the programmers' concern. But the efforts made are highly appreciable.
Not showing reports when requirement.... Not booking OPD slots when required.... Amount deducted but not booked OPD slots.... Frequently to register MR No.
Very poor performance. Everytime giving problem in taking an appointment.'
