Constantly crashing or disconnecting. Crashes everytime I have to take a picture of ANY document, and upload it. The worst part is, it wont straight crash out, but appear logged in and connected, but any further action or message sent, wont register. You have to log out and back in. It constantly falls out of sync, and I find myself messaging dispatch with no reply, only to find out they arent receiving anything. I log out, again, and log back in to find all of my messages sent, no longer there.
This app constantly interrupts my progress bye stating that it will not operate while in motion, and it happens constantly while I'm sitting still while it's not moving, not only that but I have to sign in about 25 times a day, and not only that but I have to constantly erase my browsing history to make this thing work. It's the only app I have that causes stress and high blood pressure, I hate it.
please fix location services on this app. constantly getting alerts while vehicle not running and sitting still, claiming vehicle in motion and preventing you from using app. this is been a problem on four different model phones
I use this app at work for deliveries and everytime I take a picture of the freight or product delivered it stops working. Then I have to log in again to finish the process.
Every time the POD photo segment of the TLS app.is utilized,the whole TLS app.freezes up. (occurs when both the auto capture,and manual photo capture are utilized)'
