TKDA BUMN stands for State-Owned Enterprise Basic and Academic Competency Test. This test is one of the stages of selection to take part in the recruitment program or acceptance of employees in BUMN (State Owned Enterprises). TKDA BUMN is carried out to evaluate the academic abilities and basic competencies of prospective employees so that the best candidates can be selected and are most in line with the needs of BUMN.

BUMN TKDA usually consists of three parts, namely a verbal ability test, a numerical ability test, and a logic test.
