We carry so much emotional weight when we experience something horrific and dont tell anyone. Talking about it with others who share similar experiences is a powerful healing tool. THEIR ACTIONS is for people sharing a bad experience with a date, boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, boss, music exec, at a fraternity party, on a subway, meetup, at work, or with someone you knew and trusted. Share your story. You are anonymous. We understand that there are reasons why you didnt or couldnt tell someone about your experience.

Abuse is about power and control. By sharing your story in a safe space, anonymously, you begin to take back your power. You are not alone facing your experience. And hearing the experiences of other survivors can help you recognize that abuse can happen to anyone and what happened to you is a reflection of your abuser, not yourself! Talking with other survivors overcoming similar challenges will be empowering and give you a new sense of hope. Powerful.
