App simply doesn't work. All the app is supposed to do is gather information, generate an email, and send that off to the Ticket Clinic office. Trouble is, it doesn't send the email, but it says it worked. I reached out a week after sending my info to them via their website and got a case started, they had no record of my case that should have been created by the app. The company was easy enough to work with via email, but their attorney fee was too high to make sense.
I got a speeding ticket for $250 and hired the ticket clinic which charged me $100 to take the case and then when they went to court for me the final result ended up with me paying $261 in court costs. So all in all hiring the ticket clinic cost me more than just paying the original ticket. Do not use ticket clinic stay away.
I used this service for two tickets. These lawyers didn't do anything but show up at the court and didn't fight the ticket. Waste of money; $250 paid to the Ticket Clinic for each ticket. I suppose the results depend upon the particular lawyer farmer out to each ticket. Better off handling tickets yourself.
This app is perfect and is easy to use. The Ticket Clinic and their lawyers are excellent group of attorneys that will represent you. When you are in trouble with the law. I paid one time fee ($250) for speeding ticket and my case was dismissed, no point, no traffic school. Also to be qualified, must not recieved any ticket within the last 18 months.
Useless app. All it does is generate an email. Got a reply back with a price quote, but with no guarantee or any reassurance that they can even help. Better and cheaper to just go in person or pay the ticket. This service just seems to be a scam to line lawyers' pockets."
