For information, PCPM is a recruitment route at Bank Indonesia that aims to cadre future leaders in order to fill strategic positions at Bank Indonesia.

There are 2 (two) paths that you can follow, namely campus hiring and open recruitment. PCPM is open to those of you who have just graduated or already have work experience as long as you still meet the set requirements.

1. Campus Hiring Recruitment
Campus hiring is a Bank Indonesia recruitment route to get the best alumni from every tertiary institution that has collaborated with Bank Indonesia. Campus hiring is carried out in coordination with the Career Development Center at each tertiary institution.

2. Open Recruitment
Open recruitment is a mass search for candidates announced through print media, social media and other media. Every student who has graduated from any tertiary institution has the opportunity to take part in selection through the open recruitment route.

Registration
PCPM recruitment through campus hiring and open recruitment is carried out at certain periods and in cooperation with the recruitment specialist appointed by Bank Indonesia.

PCPM Recruitment Requirements In general, the PCPM selection requirements include applicants having a Bachelor's or Master's degree from the required study program, with a Grade Point Average (GPA) and age limit determined by Bank Indonesia, and must include the necessary documents such as:

ID card
Certificate
Grade transcript
Decree on equalization of foreign diplomas and a letter of GPA conversion results from the Directorate General of Higher Education (for foreign graduates).
PCPM recruitment stage The PCPM recruitment stage will be carried out through 6 selection stages as follows:

Administrative selection;
Basic potential test and Person Organization Fit (POF);
General knowledge, central banking, and English tests (similar to the TOEFL/ELTS test);
Psychological tests, LGD (leadership group discussion) tests, and psychological interviews;
Medical and psychiatric tests;
Final interview selection with BI Officials. This selection stage will be carried out in a hybrid manner, some online and some offline.
