A B2B2C platform provides services to the brands using product Identity markings on SKU or batch level and for the adopting brands the consumers have the opportunity to authenticate their products using the Tasalle mobile app. Digithentic Tasalle app empowers brand owners implementing the Tasalle solution -- and their packaging and print providers who provide consumer packaging -- to quickly ensure the accuracy of product, product information, details including price, batch, expiry etc directly printed on packaging or applied through Tasalle provided labels. Tasalle App helps validate all types of products like FMCG, Electronics, Consumer durables, electronics, services, medicines using proprietary ID markings, QR code, Data matrix codes, EAN/UPC, GTIN etc.

Important Use Instructions:
-After download, please register with correct details so that you may be able to participate in promos and giveaways at any given time. Guest user mode provides verification services but not the promo and support benefits.

-Tasalle Mark
- Click Tasalle button in app Hold mobile device 4 5 from surface of the package where scan in Tasalle is printed. In case of round ID mark zoom the image a little and click the camera button and wait for verification over internet connection. Ensure that there is no reflection on the mark and clear image is being taken.

-BarCodes
- Go to the barcode scan button and chose the type of barcode you need to scan, wait for the result. In case of serialized barcodes follow instructions on screen.

- Scratch And Verify
- For this scratch the label and feed the number in the place provided under the scratch code button in the app.

- Digital Warranty
- Works with different types and/or combination of different kinds of ID marks explained above. Use the one provided by your brand.
- Consumer Engagement Section
- The brand knowledge center, CRM, FAQs Surveys are for you and your chosen brands to interact at will.

- Notifications
- Keep checking notifications in the app for replies to your questions, promo results etc

Entire Tasalle Platform?

The Tasalle platform has 2 major components;
a) the product IDF markings and
b) the verification means.
Tasalle unit level identities are provided by DigiThentic and managed in admin panel after these are printed or applied on the pack by the brands printing vendors. The Identity markings are for use of brand owners who want to ensure that their customers enjoy genuine products at the suggested price and within the product permissible shelf life. At the consumer end the use of app is totally free and requires registration (optional but beneficial) and necessary permissions. Verification is online requiring internet connectivity wifi / 4g/3g, min. 5-8mp rear mobile camera and Tasalle mobile app, web browser, selected chat apps, social media platforms etc.
