6.Duty Entry: Create a log of duty at one place
a.Add Train Number, Departure Arrival time, From-To and Objective of Travel to create an Entry. Edit Log.

7.Preview: A well organised glimpse and view of the Duty Entries for a better on-the-go summary. Delete the monthly data which is not needed.

8.Download PDF: Enter Month and Year of Duty for calculating the Travelling Allowance. Option to select Page Size: A4 and Legal. Options to Save, Share and Print the file.

Note: PDF downloaded is in submittable format and so can directly be submitted to your own office.
