Hard to use and difficult to manage. Nothing is intuitive, just like their website. The only thing I care about doing is checking grades and adding classes, but neither of those are possible/easy. I will say, that it's much better than the website though. You guys should invest in some ux design!
Need to sign in every 10 seconds. It auto logs me off while using. Get SSO and make navigation simpler.
Not immune to social security fraud. Which replicates identification, degrees, diplomas, qualifications and references. Even your teachers are uneducated.
