*1 When using "SYNCROOM ", you need to log in to your Yamaha Music ID.
Before registering an account, we recommend that you check the line status of your network using the "line checker" in the app.
*2 Compared to the "Desktop version of SYNCROOM", the "Android version of SYNCROOM " tends to make the line unstable, which greatly affects the connection in the room. Please be considerate of other users when using.
*3 Please note that our company will not be held responsible for any cases where the remote ensemble in "SYNCROOM " is not established after purchasing a new smartphone terminal or peripheral device.
For example, connecting to an external device via Bluetooth can cause delays. Also, connecting with USB Type-C may cause delays.
*4 Please pay attention to the amount of data used when using a mobile phone line. In addition, we do not recommend using "4G" or "LTE" because the line is likely to be unstable.
