Synappx Go is a mobile app that connects to Sharp multifunction printers (MFPs), Sharp displays and interactive whiteboards through a consistent user experience, enabling touch-free, no-learning experience and productive meetings in the office.

For Sharp MFPs, Synappx Go helps simplify document copying, scanning and printing. No need to touch and learn the commonly shared printers. Just a tap on the NFC tag or a QR code.
The Synappx MFP Lite (No Login) version enables simplecopyandscanto email functions by scanning a QR Code. TheSynappx Go Lite (No Login) version does not require agent install or NFC tags. Contact your authorized Sharp service technician to install the application and set up your Sharp MFP(s).
TheSynappx Go Login version unlocks access toscan/print from cloud storage services, print release, the Collaboration Hub experience, share to display andmore.

For collaboration, Synappx Gos Meet feature enables the Collaboration Hub experience for simplified mobile-centric meetings through seamless automation and connections to in-room audio, camera and computing options with quick access to content for in-person or virtual engagements.
Users can start ad-hoc or scheduled meetings like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and GoToConnect all with the tap of their phone and an NFC tag.
Automatically connects to in-room audio and camera solutions to engage with both in-room and remote attendees.
Remotely operate web conference features including volume, microphone, screen share and camera.
Simplified dynamic content share with remote operation of content on interactive conference room displays from the convenience of a smartphone.
Simply click to end the meeting with seamless disconnection of the web conference session and files used during the meeting.


This application requires Synappx Go service accounts. The Meet Feature (Collaboration Hub) requires Synappx Meeting Workspace mode.
