Swasthya Sampark Telecaller play online

Swasthya Sampark Telecaller app is part of an initiative by the National Health Mission, USAID-NISHTHA, Jhpiego to help patients to return to their previous quality life. This app allows a telehealth worker to collect detailed patient complaints and symptoms and generates a comprehensive clinical case history. The app also allows them to capture details of previous medications, diagnostics, prescriptions and treatment.

The telehealth worker can then securely upload the patient case for remote Specialist doctors to view and consult. The app also enables doctors to communicate with the telehealth worker or the patient for any additional information needed and prescription is shared with the patient.
