This is utterly broken. The webapp works fine, but the phone app hasn't had proper maintenance in years. As a result, a recent Android update has officially and finally broken this app, causing load times to go from practically instant to nearly 30 seconds just to open an album. It *technically* still works, but is so completely ineffective and slow that it's actually faster to just look up my music on YouTube, watch an ad, and listen to it there.
External Bluetooth controls no longer work. Happened after upgrading to Android 12. Pixel 5. This app needs an update desperately.
Bluetooth controls (pause, next track) no longer function in this app after upgrading to Android 12. Works fine in other apps.
For me... The Holy Grail of music library management tools!!! No uploads. Refine local file tag data, then run a scan. Boom! Download new content or add recordings to local library, run a scan. Boom! Bluetooth from phone app via hard drive server, or use app as remote to play from computer. Boom! Once I got configuration resolved, consistent audio action WITH ZERO GLITCHES!!! THANK YOU!!!
Instead of waiting a few seconds to allow the connection to start and to buffer, it skips songs if it catches up with the stream. Once a song finishes downloading it restarts playing it. Goes to the next song before the previous has finished when it's in this state, and it takes a lot of fiddling with playback controls to convince it to just play the album without skipping around."
