Changed my review from 5 star to 1 star because of their service. I didn’t even order anything just trying to learn how to the procedure work and they cut my 100 points off. Couldn’t restore it. I ordered some product and the product wasn’t the same as the picture. They should improvise on putting the actual pic rather than doing a high-fi photoshoot
There is no option to select specific colours when I am searching. As a retail app it's a must to avail this option and maintaining it. But the app runs smoothly.
The app is a disaster in all way. The service provider are top notch. But the app is too much disturbing. Everytime it got crashes.
It was quite easy to use ..but a problem was that I wasn't able to use my points which I earned by using the app first time..I ordered some stuff but reward points wasn't working or gave me any discount...it was quite disappointing
I have previously ordered through this app and everything was fine. But today i tried to order againg and the app keeps stopping repeatedly if I choose the option to pay via Credit Card. Kindly look into this.'
