For the first time ever, you can easily create custom fully animated and interactive storybooks. Whether a children’s story or a personal adventure, storybooks created with StoryScape are interactive and personal.
Your stories can respond to touch, shake, and sound. You can easily add your own custom images, voice, and narrations!
StoryScape lets you preview the stories you create on our website, https://storyscape.io and enjoy them to interact with them on your mobile device.
To write a storybook, no artistic skill is required. Just go over to https://storyscape.io, choose some interactive art, then build a story. Once you publish your story, you can load it up on the Reader Preview app and see it in its full interactive glory! Then play online it to your phone or tablet and interact with it live.
Or, if you are an artist, you can contribute art for your yourself or for others to use.
The featured stories we provide on the app are hand-picked to be appropriate for all ages.
All the stories on our platform are free to be remixed with your own images and sounds, too!
The StoryScape project was created in the MIT Media Lab as a way to expand creativity and learning for everyone. That means it's completely free. This is a preview version of much more to come!
