Starrows is some kind of solo-oriented MOBA / A-RTS with base building:
Strategic aspects:
- You can build your base with the gold you earn during the game.
- Some of your structures will hire units for you, such as archers or wizards. These units will act on their own.
- You can build merchants, they will improve your units as well as your own stats.
Action aspects:
- You control one hero who can get out of his base, and fight on the battlefield with the help from the rest of your army.
- Each time you get the last hit on one enemy unit, you'll earn more gold and get experience.
- Every hero have unique abilities, with their own strengths and weaknesses.
The goal is to protect your king and defeat the opponent's king.
Starrows was made for the #1GAM (OneGameAMonth) 2013 challenge. It was submitted as a January entry.

Comments:
In multiplayer, if you host, the second player cant see enemies till they appear on top of them. If you join, you cant use the auto fire setting as it doesnt work. The game also lags heavily if both player have a lot of troops, to the point where the game breaks. Good game though!
`It is so good but there are many things that break the flow of the game. The "cutscenes" showing when a king dies or when the kings brigade shows up are aprupt and completely ruins the emersion . It would be a lot more smooth if the player charactor just said a king had died like how they announce when powers are used. The requirements for the King's brigade being summoned are also weird. I had a game where they showed up 10 seconds into the game. A story mode/Any lore would elevate this game`,This game is on my phone. I don't play it often. Maybe like, twice ever... But it's been on my phone for a long time. I love the idea of this game. I enjoy the gameplay, I enjoy the art style, heck, I wish I had people to play this game with. I just finished season four of Bojack and I'm down. This game is great. The dev is great. I wish I liked this game style more. Then I'd play it more. Great game, awesome job.
Addicting! I played this a while back on a old phone. I was looking for a small time waster again & remembered this ol game. Got it again & still 10/10 man! You never truly can beat it, maby you can - but I'm STILL working on getting Dark Mesmer on all the other levels besides the very first. Only thing I would change is giving the player character a small gold accural over time rather than just off of kills on the higher difficulties.
It's a 6 year old game that's apparently still being updated. Instant 4 stars. It's also a nice time waster, and I like the unique mechanics and base building, so +1.
