It takes forever for your order to be delivered. To add to that, if the sizing it wrong, forget about getting it exchanged, because the delivery date updated on their app will be wrong, so you would not be able to exchange or return your item. I even wrote an email and attached pictures to share my issues and even after 2 weeks I receive no response... Better use trusted apps to order clothes. Don't waste your time here.
The collection is nice but the redressal mechanism is blood sucking and conspicuous by its absence. The emails to their support id were never responded to. I also left them my info, to reach out to me. Nothing! My order has been stuck in the processing phase for the last 10 days. It's a prepaid order and there is no provision for cancellation at this point. Love the products, but this experience was undoubtedly vexing.
This app provides 15 days free exchange/ return facility. But after I bought the product, the option for exchange is not available (may be due to technical fault in the app). Inspite of writing several emails, no action is taken and only an automated email is received. The products bought are of no use to me as those doesn't fit well. Because of lack of support service I would think twice before using the app.
Initially the service was good, however my last purchase was a nightmare..it took them 1 month to deliver, at the time of purchase there was an option of return/exchange but it immediately got changed to non returnable after delivery..im stuck with small size..waste of money and its very disappointing. I like your styles, hope you improve current way of working.
worst app! I ordered a co-ord set and due to size issue wanted to give it back. There is no response from their end on email and they aren't picking up the call as well. most of the time the number is undergoing some issue. Neither have they taken the item from me and nor has any discussion taken place for the refund. Moreover they want you to ship the product and bare the expense. quite disappointed!"
