More often the app has a lot of issues. Right now, for days I can't see my shifts on the left side, I have to scroll through all the shifts on the right side. It is really annoying. I've tried deleting the app, nothing changed. Please fix this issue. And I don't want to start on problems when trying to book shifts when they come out. The app just freeze and after some time, all the shifts are taken already. App is not capable to flow normally when there is a lot of people booking at once.
Does not let me book shifts. All I get is a message saying "too many attempts, try again". Once a the shifts have gone, it kindly allows me to go in the waiting list. These are the tools are employers provide us with to do our job. And they do not work. If we are unable to book shifts, the job is unsustainable. This is a common problem among couriers who use staffmatic.
The app is good but it takes time to synchronise . I hope you guys can add an option to go straight to the day you need to check because when you have all week booked and you want to access certain day to see if there is more shifts to book you have to go all the way from the beginning of the week until the desired day which takes time because you have to pass all slots one by one.
I've experience a lot of problems with my staffomatic account being locked for unknown reason. I tried to contact them via mail 1 week ago to try to recover or reset my password but nobody responded. There is no live chat , no response via email, so basically if someone have problems nobody is there to help.
Incomplete - features like vacation/messages are simply not there, you still have to use the website for that, which defeats the purpose of the app imo. Shifts are displayed like expected most of the time.'
