- This game is fun and relaxing! Great music, sometimes I open the game just to listen to the music. - I'm happy with the gradual increase in difficulty in normal mode, and even though it often takes many attempts to improve my high score, the game does not grow old! The randomly generated stages are excellent. - Those black barriers should be Grey instead, like other obstacles! - Hyper mode sometimes places a wall only a few pixels in front of player, causing instant death.
I absolutely love this game. I could sit and listen to the retro music all day long, just chilling in the nostalgic vibes. It looks really nice and classical. The game handles really well and the controls aren't frustrating, but as you get farther and farther the game gets more challenging in a way that is interesting instead of frustrating or boring. It's a fun challenge and time-waster and I can happily spend hours working on my high score.
For its genre, its incredible. Although the aesthetics aren't the most intriguing or immersive, the physics and difficulty can easily make up for that. I often find myself losing track of time with sweaty palms trying to be a my previous score. There are also different modes. The modes aren't all that different from each other, but they help keep the game fresh for a bit. 6/10 overall. Its could use some better asthetics with some skins and trails to unlock, but the game itself is pretty fun.
I absolutely love this game, if nothing else, for the soundtrack. The gameplay is not only enhanced with it, but it just feels incomplete without the music. And it changes based on your distance in Adventure, which I absolutely love. All in all, 11/10. Amazing game, great for killing time when you're bored or offline!
It's hard to find good mobile games in my opinion. I find that the best ones out there tend to have simple controls and uncluttered screens. Spout is a winner in this regard, and while many people have complained that they don't like the controls, the controls are, nevertheless, very simple. I would even argue that the game is made more fun and interesting with the challenge of learning to use the inverted setup. Maybe some people are just lazy and don't want a challenge."
