The problem I have is with the app. While it works fine for what it does. You are only able to see and book movies that day. I can't see or book a movie for say Saturday if it's Friday. Makes it hard to plan. Also, you don't have the option of purchasing a second seat. If I'm going with a friend, I can get my seat but the second seat has to be purchased seperate with a different app, could be a problem sitting together if its a popular movie
`Unknown Error!! The app is garbage. When i select theater location,film and showtime it works up until i select my seating tickets. It won't let me book the seats. Tried 50 different times and i ALWAYS get "Unknown error. Try again later." Damn embarrassment of a service!`, `I would be careful when choosing to use this service. This service is powered by Sinemia who had cancelled a large number of accounts for "fraudulent activity" (my mother's and mine included). I have been waiting 6 days to hear back from customer service about a refund or reinstatement. They are also well known for undisclosed fees. When we first purchased the service for a full year in advance, they did not disclose the "ATM" fees or the "processing charge." Be safe when choosing this service`,Finally with all the bug fixes this app works really well, movies finally appear in the app & not disappearing like before. Also for those know are in the know, SMG Access Club & SMG Access Subscription are 2 totally different things so make sure you login with the right info. Only thing I wish now is to reserve tickets in advance & see a sysnopsis of the movie and a trailer to get me in the movie deciding if I wanna see it then this app be a 5 star rating.
It doesn't work. I signed up on the website using a computer then got this app. It says my user or password is wrong, but it's not. I can sign on using the computer every time. I can even sign on to the website on this same mobile that the app is on. It's just the app. It doesn't work."
