Great functions that only work once. I set up the light with the app and customized each mode. Closed the app and when I wanted to mess with it some more, the app wouldn't connect with the light. Deleted light from the app. Re-synced and it saved the settings. Now, re-syncing every time isn't that much of a hassle but it makes me think that other things will fail. Gonna go back to my other light. It sucks because this is a cool light but I'd rather not have to worry when I'm riding.
Worked with iphone all of 2021. Now will not pair with android. How do you reset???? Finally figured out reset quickly press on/off 3 times, will flash blue light. Then able to pair with android. Hope this helps others :))
Nothing works in this app. It doesn't allow you to add a device because touching anything in thapo doesn't produce any response, not even the hamburger menu in the upper right hand corner. Zero functionality. Don't waste your time until this company gets this all worked out.
Working fine. Required a light reset after switching from iPhone to Android
The app is good but you should allow users to change the sensetivity of the theft alert. currently, the alert is way too sensitive.'
