The Smart Library NSK mobile application, in the form of a Smart Beacon-Based Guide to the premises of the National and University Library in Zagreb, virtually connects the user and the Library.
The application contextualises the 36 478 square foot space and meaningfully connects 22 locations with 22 services to more than 15,000 users.
In order for the app to work optimally, you need to turn on Bluetooth and allow the app to access your location.
Even without Bluetooth enabled, 90% of the functionality is available through the app.
