How to earn points
Complete challenges in the app
Based on the results of your nutritional diagnosis, we will recommend foods that supplement nutrients that you may be lacking. If you purchase the recommended foods, you will complete the challenge.

Register to shop twice a week
Food purchased at supermarkets affiliated with SIRU+ will be automatically linked, so you can earn points just by shopping. If you shop at a supermarket that is not affiliated with SIRU+, you can earn points by taking a photo of the receipt.

Exchange your accumulated points
You can exchange your accumulated points for other companies' points or electronic money. (Amazon gift cards, d points, Ponta points, nanaco points, WAON point ID, etc.)

You can also exchange them for over 1,000 gifts, such as product vouchers that can be used at convenience stores.

Nutritional diagnosis by a registered dietitian
- Check the nutritional balance based on your shopping, under the supervision of a registered dietitian. We suggest foods that supplement nutrients that tend to be lacking, and support you in improving your diet without overdoing it.

- You can see the nutritional balance of your shopping from a graph of 21 types of nutrients. You can see the nutritional balance for the past three months, so you can use it as a daily nutrition log.
