For the most part I do like the new version. I DO HAVE A QUESTION--HOW DO I DELETE A FOOD OFF OF THE SAVED LIST NOW. The old version had a trash can by the item when you pulled it up and now I cannot find any delete option. The food listed alphabetically really saves time. I miss having the graph that shows everything together for calories, fats, carbs, and proteins. Why not keep the individual ones you have now and just add the old one back as an option to click on also.
Really simple to use and understand. However, you already need to know your fat, carbs, protein, calories and portion size (in grams) per meal/snack to effectively use this app. Simple but maybe not for beginners to the macros tracking world. However, once you get recipes and meals in it seems to be relatively smooth sailing from there.
It's a good app. I used it to keep tabs on the micros. I didn't like having to put in the grams of each item I entered. It's a very time consuming diet, and having to look up the grams of everything I measured in a recipe just isnt practical. I ended up just putting bogus numbers in that part. It was very easy to figure out.
Updating my review based on developer feedback, thank you for responding. I double-checked the entry and indeed it was calculating correctly as expected. this app is basic and offers an excellent interface for simple macro counting. would be good if they did a wildcard search in favorites instead of based on the first character.
Does what it says. Very simple, ads aren't overwhelming (just a tiny bar at the bottom) and there's nothing bugging you to make an account or buy a full version. Awesome app. Only minor things would be maybe 1.ability to edit meals already added to the day (currently have to delete and re add) And 2. Some indication of how many grams of macros you have left for the day. Maybe just a quick difference on the side. No real complaints just those minor wishes."
