How is BMI calculated?
For calculating your BMI, the following parameters are required: Age, Height, Weight. BMI(or Body Mass Index) is calculated by dividing your weight(in kg) by square of height(in m).
How BMI determines my health status?
It is categorized into 3 parts:
1.If BMI is less than 18.5, the person is considered as underweight.
2.If it is between 18.5 and 24.9, the person is considered as normal.
3. If its greater than or equal than 25, the person is considered as overweight.
So, calculate your BMI and track your life and live a healthy life!!
