Sighetu Marmatiei CityApp play online

Sighetu Marmatiei CityApp is an application aimed at both tourists and locals, administered by the Cityhall of Sighetu Marmatiei. It is dedicated to the Sighetu Marmatiei city area, Maramures county, in Romania.

The app offers detailed information on most attractive POIs and events in the area, as well as on existing local services (hotels, guest houses, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets) or local news (city hall press reports).

The content is updated real-time and is continuously subject to improving in order to provide accurate and relevant info.

The current version of the Sighetu Marmatiei CityApp contains the following themes:
-\tAccommodation: places in Sighetu Marmatiei city that offer accommodation to tourists (hotels, guest houses, campings, etc);
-\tCulture & Leisure: places in and around Sighetu Marmatiei that offer cultural and leisure activities (historical buildings, monuments, parks);
-\tFood & Drink: places in Sighetu Marmatiei that serve food and drinks;
- Shopping: the shops that are grouped by type;
-\tPress Report: news that can be found on the City Hall website;
-\tTourist Info: official tourist info points and offices where a tourist can get information on what to see and to do in and around the city of Sighetu Marmatiei ;
-\tOther themes (f. ex. citizen services) can be added to the app by the Cityhall once they have relevant content; the app will update itself when new themes are added.

All POIs contain relevant information (photos, text, address, telephone and cell phone number with the possibility to call using the call function of the device, email address with the possibility to send a message using the email function of the device, website, opening hours, location of the POIs shown on Google maps, routing options)

Alphabetical and by distance sorting options are implemented. Also, various filtering options are available, according to the type of POIs.

Language switch is available (Romanian, English) directly from the application.
