ShiftPosts, the Uber for Pharmacists, is an on-demand two-sided marketplace platform that connects Pharmacies with high-quality Pharmacists for shift positions.

When a Pharmacy Owner is looking for a Pharmacist to fill a shift, they can simply create a shift on the ShiftPosts platform with the desired shift preferences for their Pharmacy store. Once the shift is created, the Pharmacy Owner is shown a list of pharmacists that match the criteria (Pharmacy systems used, hourly wage, languages spoken etc.).

Pharmacy Owners can request Pharmacists to take the shift, Pharmacists can apply for shifts based on their criteria or simply set their preference to receive notifications as new shifts are posted.

Once both parties accept, the shift is set as taken. When the shift is over, the Pharmacist and Pharmacy Owner rate their experience and the Pharmacist is paid via the app, with money being transferred to the Pharmacists bank account.
